Are you a passionate Key Stage 2 teacher looking for a part-time opportunity in a supportive and welcoming school community?
This friendly Junior School in Billericay is seeking a dedicated Year 4 Teacher to join their team from after the Easter break until July. The school is keen to meet suitable candidates as soon as possible.
Role Overview
- Position: Year 4 Teacher
Location: Billericay
Start Date: After Easter
Contract: Fixed-term contract until July
Pay: M3 - M4 (More experienced teachers may be considered)
Full teaching responsibilities included (planning, marking, assessments, parents' evenings, staff meetings and reports)

The Ideal Candidate
The school is seeking a teacher who:
- Has experience teaching within Key Stage 2 (Year 4 teacher experience desirable)
- Is confident managing full classroom responsibilities
- Builds strong relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues
- Maintains high expectations while creating a positive and engaging classroom environment
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)This role would suit either an experienced teacher looking for a flexible working pattern or a confident ECT ready to take on class responsibility within a supportive structure.
