Secondary schools across Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells are regularly seeking reliable teachers for supply cover, and we are looking to expand our bank of quality educators to support the growing demand in the area.

We work closely with a number of established partner schools who rely on us for daily general cover as well as short and longer-term teaching placements. With opportunities available across Independent schools, Grammar schools and mainstream comprehensives, we can offer a variety of teaching environments to suit your preferences.

Secondary Teacher responsibilities:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across KS3-KS4 for general cover
• Maintain strong classroom management and positive learning environments
• Adapt quickly to different schools and teaching settings
• For long-term placements, take on planning, marking and progress monitoring
• Support schools in maintaining continuity of learning during staff absence

Secondary Teacher requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised in the UK
• Recent experience teaching in a Secondary school classroom
• Strong behaviour and classroom management skills
• Flexible and adaptable approach to teaching across different schools
• Reliable, professional and committed to supporting student learning
