Then please get in touch ! Kingston Barnes are recruiting for an Electrical Maintennace Engineer in the Bath area.

Responsibilities

  • Decreasing production downtime and related quality issues related to machinery circumstance, you will be required to arrange planned and preventative routines and undertake necessary corrective actions.

  • Participating as a member of the shift team, investigating and improving processes, product and quality related issues.

  • To participate in fault finding, diagnostic and corrective actions to maintain and improve the operation of the process equipment.

  • To act as incident coordinator (on shift) in the event of major breakdowns / incidents requiring the involvement / call in of other maintenance and support services

  • To conduct and support as directed by the Engineering Leadership, engineering and other improvement projects, and to pro-actively contribute to the development of safety, productivity and quality

Requirements

  • Forces background highly desirable
  • Electrical fault finding skills are essential
  • Apprenticeship trained is essential

Hours

  • Monday - Friday 37.5 hours per week

Salary

  • Circa £42,000 ish
  • OT time and 1/2
  • Optional Call-out 5hrs Basic pay + 1 up to the first hour, then 1 for any further hours.
