Your Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, person-centred care
• Support residents with personal care and daily living tasks
• Promote dignity, independence and choice
• Assist with mobility and wellbeing
• Accurately record care provided
• Offer emotional support and companionship

You will play a vital role in ensuring residents feel safe, respected and valued each day.

What We re Looking For (Essential)

• NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
• Previous care experience within a residential or nursing setting
• A compassionate and patient nature
• Good communication skills
• Reliability and a strong team ethic
• A genuine passion for supporting older people
