Position: Assistant Support Worker
Location: High Wycombe
Salary: 24,570 per annum
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)

Join our compassionate and collaborative team at Grove Garden Studios, supporting adults with learning disabilities to live independently in their own homes. Our service includes 14 self-contained flats where residents enjoy community activities and day services.

The Role

• Support with medication and provide personal care with dignity
• Encourage daily living skills: cooking, cleaning, shopping and budgeting
• Organise local activities and promote independence
• Build positive, trusting relationships
• Follow personalised support plans and risk assessments

You will help create an inclusive, respectful environment where individuals feel empowered to achieve their goals.

A Full UK Driving Licence is essential.
