Your Role & Responsibilities Manage customer orders for Direct Delivery Schedule the arrival and quantities from factories in line with order book. Maximise the quality, cost and efficiency of the movement and storage of goods Communicate with factories to control inbound haulage and escalate any issue. Plan direct delivery to customer including booking slot management Plan 3PL warehouse intake volumes Liaise with factory, 3PL, DP and sales for intake plan Maintain efficient import shipping records and database. Provide accurate lead time and delivery information to the related department Maximising direct deliveries by arranging monitoring and reporting; keep a constant vigil for all direct delivery possibility. Assist Inbound / Logistics manager where appropriate Minimise inbound logistics cost such as demurrage, CY storage and freight costs Skills, Education & Experience Good overview of the commercial process, production planning and retail interface / order fulfilment. Strong analytical skills Logical common sense and proactive approach to business Excellent communication skills Experience working in an SCM environment.
