- Audio and copy typing of legal documents and correspondence
- Handling incoming calls and liaising with clients in a professional manner
- Managing diaries, appointments, and general administrative duties
- Assisting with conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Conveyancing Legal Secretary
- Fast and accurate typing skills
- Excellent communication and telephone manner
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
