Job Role:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas to a high standard
• Change bed linen and make beds
• Dust, polish, and vacuum rooms and corridors
• Clean bathrooms and replenish guest amenities
• Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards
• Use and store cleaning equipment safely and correctly
• Follow all health, safety, and company procedures
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet quality standards
