About the Role

We're not just looking at traditional rail backgrounds, we want Mechanical Technicians from Automotive, HGV/Plant, Forces engineering, and Aviation who are ready to transfer their expertise into a sector that's booming, evolving, and packed with opportunity.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Carrying out mechanical maintenance in line with technical instructions and procedures.
• Completing mechanical repairs and reliability-based maintenance activities.
• Reporting progress and issues to Team Leaders and Production Managers.
• Adapting to changing shift patterns and operational requirements.

What You'll Need:

• Strong mechanical maintenance skills.
• Previous rail experience is preferred, but candidates from automotive, plant/HGV, aviation, or military engineering are highly encouraged to apply.
• Experience completing mechanical repairs and planned preventative maintenance.
• Level 3 qualification in a relevant engineering discipline.
