Lettings & Property Management Negotiator

People 4 Property are delighted to be working with a highly regarded independent estate agency who are looking to recruit a Lettings & Property Management Negotiator to join their growing team in Surrey.

This is a varied, client-facing role combining lettings, negotiation and property management support - ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building lasting relationships.

• Managing enquiries from landlords, tenants and applicants
• Arranging and conducting property viewings
• Negotiating offers and agreeing tenancies
• Progressing applications, referencing and compliance
• Supporting property management with inspections and maintenance coordination
• Handling tenancy renewals and providing market advice
• Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the tenancy lifecycle

• Experience in lettings, property management or a customer-facing sales role (preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proactive, organised and target-driven approach
• A genuine passion for property and delivering great service
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

• £22,000 - £25,000 basic salary
• £30,000 OTE with performance incentives
• 9-day working fortnight (fixed day off each week)
