Carpenter / Boat Builder Location: Wroxham, NorfolkSalary: £33,000 - £35,000 + OvertimeWe are looking for an experienced trades person with a background in boatbuilding, marine carpentry, Shop fitting or high-quality joinery. Skilled carpenters from outside the marine industry will also be considered, particularly those with experience in bespoke or high-specification work. You will be working to exacting standards, playing a key role in delivering exceptional craftsmanship and premium finishes. This role is located in Wroxham.Key Responsibilities of Carpenter / Boat Builder Carry out 1st and 2nd fix carpentry to a high standardInstall and assemble bespoke cabinetry, furniture, and interior componentsComplete final fit-out including windows, doors, sinks, and fixturesAccurately scribe, trim, and adjust components for a seamless finishWork to tight tolerances with excellent attention to detailRead and interpret technical drawings and specificationsWork with other departments including engineering, electrical, and upholstery teamsSkills & Experience Required Carpenter / Boat Builder Proven experience as a Boat Builder, Carpenter, or JoinerMarine or luxury yacht experience is advantageous but not essentialNVQ Level 2/3 in Boatbuilding, Carpentry, or Joinery (or equivalent apprenticeship)Strong ability with hand and power toolsAble to work independently and as part of a teamGood problem-solving skills with a proactive approachFlexible approach to working hours, with overtime available.This role is based in Wroxham, Norfolk
