Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical Consultant/Architect
  • Start Date: January/February
  • Duration: 6 months, renewable
  • Location: UK
  • Travel Requirements: Remote, with occasional onsite in Bedfordshire
  • Contract Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
  • Act as a key technical resource, operating between a Senior Developer and a Technical Architect.
  • Lead the technical re engineering and business transformation efforts, migrating wholesale legacy systems to Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Focus on CRM centric development and architecture to support the 'inside out' transformation.
  • Design and implement solutions to expand and enhance the customer portal, including the transition towards a more app based portal over time.
  • Integrate directly and seamlessly into the existing development team.
  • Maintain a positive and effective customer attitude throughout project delivery.
Requirements
  • Experience Level: A minimum of 2 years of hands on technical experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Project Experience: Sufficient professional exposure (2nd or 3rd project chain) to demonstrate competence; not suitable for recent graduates.
  • Core Technical Skills: Strong capability and technical focus on Dynamics CRM.
  • Required Technical Skills: Proficiency with Power Apps.
  • Desired Technical Skills (Nice to Have): Significant experience with Dynamics Portals.
  • Soft Skills: Good customer facing attitude.
