Role OverviewA leading, award-winning law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Solicitor to join its growing Occupier's Liability (OL) and Public Liability (PL) team. Acting on behalf of claimants, you will manage a high-quality caseload of litigated matters from inception through to conclusion, covering both fast track and multi-track claims.This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded practice known for its strong pipeline of genuine, non-CMC referred work, offering a collaborative and supportive environment alongside clear financial incentives.Candidate Profile / Experience Needed

• Qualified Solicitor, CILEX or equivalent with minimum 5 years' PQE
• Proven experience handling claimant OL/PL matters from cradle to grave
• Strong working knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules
• Experience managing both pre-issue and litigated fast and multi-track cases
• Confident in drafting pleadings, witness statements, and legal documents
• Skilled negotiator with strong advocacy experience
• Experience using claims portals (essential)
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently
• Commercially aware with a client-focused approach
• Experience with Proclaim (desirable)
• Motivated, proactive, and team-oriented, with the ability to support junior colleagues
