- Completion of data input tasks within our ERP system (IFS).
- Prepare purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Communicate with suppliers to confirm order details, lead times, and delivery schedules.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate procurement records in the ERP system.
- Follow up on outstanding orders to ensure deliveries are received as expected.
- Support the execution of supplier contracts and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Prepare reports and maintain supply chain related documentation.
- Assist with general administrative tasks to support the Procurement team.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in a procurement/purchasing/supply chain role.
- Excellent time management, planning and organisational skills.
- Ability to work to deadlines.
- Ability to coordinate multiple activities effectively.
- Working knowledge of ERP systems (such as IFS).
