Quality & Compliance Analyst

Location: Bridlington
Reports to: Head of Quality
Salary: 31,500
Working hours: Monday-Friday: 8am-4pm

Join a growing manufacturing business and support the delivery of high standards in production excellence. This role suits a proactive individual with experience in BRC certification audits, QMS management and a hands on approach to quality.

What you will do:

• Oversee site sampling and testing activities, ensuring compliance with customer and regulatory standards.
• Review laboratory results and manage corrective and preventive actions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and quality system digitalisation.
• Work closely with production, technical and management teams across site.

What we are looking for:

• Experience in quality assurance within manufacturing.
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.
• Strong organisational, communication and IT skills.
• Detail focused, adaptable and able to work under pressure.
• A collaborative team player with a commitment to high standards.
