Role Overview Full-time Lettings Property Manager based in Manchester (flexible remote working available). Responsible for the day to day management of a residential portfolio ensuring strong resident satisfaction while overseeing lettings, renewals, compliance and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities - Manage a portfolio of residential properties.
- Act as the main contact for landlords and tenants.
- Oversee maintenance, renewals, deposits, compliance, re-lets, rental income and portfolio growth.
- Monitor rent payments and manage arrears.
- Coordinate move-ins and move-outs.
- Ensure all safety and statutory compliance requirements are met (e.g. gas and electrical certificates).
Skills & Experience - Experience in a full 360 lettings/property management role.
- Experience serving Section 21, 8, 13, and 47/48 notices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident relationship builder with residents, contractors and suppliers.
- Calm under pressure with good problem solving skills.
- Highly organised with sound judgement and a proactive approach to risk and dispute management.
Desirable - ARLA qualified or working towards qualification.
- Experience with property management systems.
- Knowledge of health and safety compliance.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Right to work in the UK.
