Head of Venue Technical
You'll report to the Venue Director and be responsible for the Deputy Technical Manager, Senior Technician, Venue Technicians, Maintenance Manager and Stage Door Department.
Please note, your role may involve working with children or vulnerable people.
Key responsibilities
The Head of Venue Technical leads all technical and facilities operations at Swansea Arena, delivering exceptional support for visiting productions, conferences and events while maintaining the building's technical infrastructure to a high standard. You'll own health and safety, asset management, and maintenance, and build an efficient, customer focused technical and facilities function.
