What you will be doing:

• Assist on the delivery of European projects / solutions across the services portfolio.
• Build knowledge and experience by taking over project deliverables.
• Engage customers by presenting technical information in a straightforward and engaging way.
• Examine trends and themes in data, guiding customers on the use of impartial data.
• Answer tactical questions from customers about products and solutions.
• Deliver services or small customer projects and/or solutions efficiently and effectively.

What we are looking for from you:

Essential:

• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Psychology or relevant discipline e.g. HR, Business
• Excellent communication and able to work proactively.
• Structured tools (Focus Group, Critical Incident)
• Comprehend fundamentals and be knowledgeable in statistical analysis of data using Excel

Desirable:

• Assessment Center/Development Center Design concepts.
• Development tools/360 Feedback
• Experience on projects and taking care of customer/stakeholder relationships.
• SPSS

The candidate must have the right to work in the UK.
