Key Responsibilities
  • Managing a portfolio of audit and accounts clients
  • Leading and overseeing audit assignments from planning through to completion
  • Reviewing statutory accounts prepared by junior staff
  • Providing technical guidance and mentoring to team members
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Assisting partners with business development initiatives
Requirements
  • ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
  • Must have a minimum of 4 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
  • Strong technical knowledge of audit and accounting standards
  • Proven experience managing client relationships and leading teams
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
