Job Description

Case Manager

As a Case Manager within the Mortgage Underwriting Team, you will act as a key point of contact for mortgage brokers, supporting new business enquiries and ensuring all applications are accurately packaged before being submitted for underwriting review. You will play a critical role in maintaining service standards, improving application quality, and helping to deliver efficient lending decisions.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a mortgage, financial services, or underwriting support role
  • Strong understanding of mortgage products and lending criteria (desirable)
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly over the phone
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
