The Opportunity
An established, national wealth management firm is looking to add a Paraplanner to its growing Cambridge team. The business supports high-net-worth clients and offers a structured environment with clear progression routes into advisory or leadership roles.
This is a strong opportunity for a technically capable Paraplanner who enjoys working on complex cases, particularly around IHT and trusts, and wants to be part of a well-resourced, forward-thinking organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing high-quality suitability reports across a range of financial planning areas
- Supporting advisers with complex client cases, including estate planning and trusts
- Conducting technical research to support recommendations
- Reviewing client portfolios and ensuring ongoing suitability
- Maintaining accurate and compliant client records
Requirements
- Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (essential)
- Chartered status or working towards (preferred)
- Strong experience with IHT and trusts
- Proven track record of writing suitability reports
- Solid technical knowledge across financial planning
