The Role
- Processing customer orders onto the internal system
- Producing freight documentation including bills of lading and certificates of origin
- Advising customers on stock availability, quality details and logistics requirements
- Dealing with queries via phone and email
- Daily liaison with various internal departments in order to ensure a smooth order process for the customer
- Diary management
- Day to day administration tasks

- Knowledge of export documentation is essential
