This is a fast-paced, rewarding role in a modern, state-of-the-art office. As a Recruitment Specialist, you'll oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, collaborate closely with hiring managers, and play a key role in ensuring the organisation attracts and retains exceptional talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Building Relationships : Work closely with hiring managers across the organisation to understand their recruitment needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Job Postings : Create and manage engaging job adverts across multiple job boards to reach the widest possible audience.
- Agency Collaboration : Liaise with external recruitment agencies to support strategic hiring goals.
- Interview Support : Contribute to the interview process by participating in panel discussions and ensuring a professional candidate experience.
- Application Management : Review applications, maintain regular candidate communication, and ensure a smooth hiring journey.
- Scheduling Coordination : Organise and confirm interview schedules, keeping all stakeholders informed.
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience managing the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster relationships across teams and with external partners.
- Exceptional organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
- Previous interviewing experience is a must.
- Enhanced DBS clearance is preferred but not essential.
Working Hours
- Schedule : Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (fully office-based).
