A highly respected St Albans based wealth management firm is looking for a Chartered Financial Adviser to join their close-knit team.

The Role

You will work within the firm's collaborative Team structure of Paraplanners and Financial Administrators overseeing a portfolio of clients.

Investment Philosophy

The firm follows an evidence-based investment approach, working with Dimensional Fund Advisors, focusing on long-term planning rather than active fund selection.

• Typical client size: £250k - £3m AUM

Working Pattern

• St Albans based firm

• Hybrid working available (0-3 days in office) once established

Package

• £70,000 basic salary

• Discretionary bonus (based on company performance)

Requirements

• Chartered Financial Planner (CII)

• Strong financial planning and relationship management skills

• Team player who can also work independently
