Leading a team of payroll experts, the Global Payroll Director will act as the authoritative voice on payroll across HR, Finance, Tax, Benefits, and external providers. A core part of the mandate is the design and implementation of a controlled, auditable, and scalable global payroll operating model, including the global rollout of a new payroll system that will serve as the company's core payroll and workforce platform.
