About the Role:- Supporting students with SEND in a classroom setting, providing tailored assistance to meet their individual needs.
- Working closely with teachers and SENCOs to implement learning strategies.
- Encouraging independence and confidence in students.
- Creating an inclusive and positive learning environment.
- Previous experience working with children with SEND is desirable.
- A patient, caring, and adaptable approach.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant or equivalent) are an advantage but not essential.
