Position SummaryCarlyle is seeking a Vice President, Sustainability to support its Global Credit platform on a 12-month fixed-term contract (maternity cover).
Embedded within the firmwide Sustainability team and dedicated to Global Credit, this individual will play a critical role in executing and advancing ESG integration across multiple credit strategies. The role requires strong ownership, coordination, and delivery across investment teams, portfolio companies, investor relations, legal, and compliance stakeholders.
This is a hands on position combining investment support, ESG linked financing execution, portfolio data oversight, regulatory coordination, and LP engagement. The successful candidate will ensure continuity and high standards across established ESG processes while supporting ongoing enhancements to tools, reporting, and strategy.
