About the Role This is a varied and hands-on generalist role where no two days are the same. You'll provide practical advice and guidance to managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle - from onboarding and development, to performance, wellbeing, and organisational change. You'll take ownership of employee relations casework, handling matters with fairness, discretion, confidence, and efficiency. If you've worked in a fast-paced environment (manufacturing or similar), you'll know how to adapt quickly and support operational needs - experience that will be highly valued in this role.
