A growing Design & Build contractor operating across London is looking to appoint a Junior Pre-Construction Manager to join its expanding team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop within pre-construction, working alongside experienced professionals on a variety of projects.

The Role
You will support the pre-construction team in preparing Design & Build and refurbishment projects for delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting tender preparation and documentation
• Assisting with design coordination and consultant communication
• Reviewing drawings and technical information
• Supporting programme development and construction planning
• Assisting with procurement and supply chain coordination

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in construction, estimating, project coordination or pre-construction
• Background working for a contractor or consultancy
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Desire to build a long-term career within pre-construction
