Class 1 Driver Required - Newton Aycliffe
We are currently recruiting for experienced Class 1 (C+E) Drivers for our client based in Newton Aycliffe. This is ad hoc work delivering to local customers using curtainsider trailers, with multiple drops per shift.
Job Details:• Start time: 06:00• Pay rate: £15.97 per hour• Work type: Ad hoc shifts• Curtainsider trailers• Drops per shift: Up to 6-7 deliveries• Work involves local deliveries to customers and sites, ensuring goods are delivered safely and on time.
Requirements:• Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence Must have held licence for at least 1 year• No more than 6 penalty points for minor offences• No DD, DR, IN or similar major endorsements• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card• Previous curtainsider / multi-drop experience preferred• Reliable and good timekeeping
