Consultancy Skills High standard of fundamental technical understanding - must know the 'tools of the trade' A flair for business development and the ability to develop positive, long-term client relationships Sound judgement and attention to detail, able to work quickly and accurately Eager to lead, taking initiative and responsibility Appetite to contribute to the development and maintenance of tools and processes Disciplined approach and quality mindset, including familiarity with (or understanding of the importance of) regulatory compliance and working within a QMS Ability to liaise with colleagues, clients and sub-contractors at all levels. Experience in technology and supplier assessment Structured and methodical problem solving; ability to conduct trade-offanalyses Track recordof mentoring/people development.
