What you will do:

• Carry out accurate medication reconciliation for adult inpatients, ensuring patient safety.
• Work directly on wards, engaging with patients and clinical teams.
• Support dispensary services, including potential ACT (Accuracy Checking Technician) responsibilities.
• Assist with safe and efficient medication dispensing in line with regulations.
• Collaborate with pharmacists, healthcare professionals, and wider teams to ensure seamless care delivery.

Requirements:

• Qualified Pharmacy Technician with at least 2 years' experience in medication reconciliation.
• HCPC registration is essential.
• A driving licence is desirable for working across multiple sites.
