Contract Term: Full-Time

Salary: £34,486.00 - £38,254.00 Annually (FTE) GLT Range 5, points 16 - 23

Start Date: As soon as possible

The successful candidate will:

The successful candidate will report to the Premises Manager, you will work closely together to implement a new culture of quality at this high performing school.

We're looking for a positive individual with a 'can do' attitude to work within the premises team at Carshalton High School for Girls, on a day-to-day basis, with sound working knowledge of estates and facilities, including safe working practices and compliance standards and an empathy for education being imperative.

You'll be ensuring a high quality, compliant and safe environment for learning, teaching and other extracurricular activities. You will be a part of a wider Trust Estates and Facilities team, who support each other, working collaboratively to solve common problems.
