Job SummaryW.Bradford is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Business Development to join our team. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, develop relationships with potential clients, and create strategies to increase revenue and market share. The Director of Business Development, structured as a full-time position with a base and commission-driven incentives, will have strong communication and negotiation skills, a comprehensive understanding of the business development landscape, and the ability to generate innovative solutions to meet the needs of our clients.
