6-8 Week Contract position. Central London.

Our client is a leading international architectural and interiors practice with extensive experience across a broad range of building types in the private and public sectors. They are creative, design-led and committed to developing sustainable, cost-effective solutions for their clients who include a broad base of leading residential developers and institutions. They now have a new opportunity for Architects and Architectural Technologists to join them in their London office to work on mixed-use, large-scale residential and office schemes.

Key Skills, responsibilities and accountabilities include:

• At least 5 years post qualification industry experience
• Experience of RIBA Stages 4 and 5
• Good British Building Regulations knowledge.
• Experience of working on a complex Revit model and coordinating with colleagues and consultants
• Excellent communication skills, an effective and efficient team player
• Organised, proactive, and self-disciplined with ability to take initiative.
