We are currently recruiting for an experienced and highly organised School Office Manager to support schools across Sandwell and Dudley from September. This is a key role within a busy school environment, requiring a confident individual who can lead the day-to-day operations of the school office while maintaining high standards of administration.The successful candidate must have previous experience working within a school environment and be confident managing administrative systems, processes, and staff.Key Responsibilities:Overseeing the daily running of the school office and administrative functionsManaging and supporting administrative staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficientlyActing as a key point of contact for staff, parents, and external agenciesManaging pupil data and ensuring records are accurate and up to dateSupporting attendance, admissions, and reporting processesEnsuring compliance with safeguarding, GDPR, and school policiesCoordinating communications, including emails, letters, and internal noticesSupporting senior leadership with administrative and organisational tasksRequirements:Essential: Previous experience working in a school environmentExperience in a senior administrative or office management roleStrong knowledge of school systems such as SIMS, BROMCOM, or ARBORExcellent organisational and leadership skillsStrong communication skills with a professional and confident approachAbility to manage workloads, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlinesHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailImportant Information:No training will be provided - candidates must be able to start and perform the role immediatelyAn Enhanced DBS on the Update Service is highly desirableCandidates without a DBS will be required to obtain and pay for their own Enhanced DBS checkAspire People Limited provides services as an Education Agency and an Education Employment Business.
