They're now looking for a Financial Planning Administrator to become a key part of their collaborative team. You'll work closely with experienced advisers and support high-value clients, playing an important role in delivering a first-class financial planning service.

• Supporting advisers with the end-to-end financial planning process
• Managing client relationships and delivering excellent service
• Preparing documentation and maintaining accurate client records
• Liaising with providers and internal teams

• Experience in a Financial Planning / Wealth Management admin or client support role
• Understanding of pensions and investment products
• Familiarity with systems like Xplan, IO, or similar
• Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
