You will deliver secure, resilient and high-performing hybrid cloud solutions while working with architects, engineers and project teams. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement and maintain IT infrastructure including Windows Server, Hyper-V, Active Directory and networking. Develop hybrid solutions integrating on-premises systems with Microsoft Azure. Use infrastructure-as-code tools such as PowerShell and Terraform and automation tools such as Ansible. Monitor and optimise system performance, availability and resilience and manage backups and disaster recovery. Implement security controls and ensure compliance with standards such as NIST, ISO 27001 and CAF. Produce documentation, runbooks and training materials and provide guidance to junior team members.
