- Segmentation strategy and audience management
- CRM data hygiene and integration with Growth OS data infrastructure
What the system requires:
- 2+ years in CRM or marketing automation with HubSpot, Salesforce, or Marketo
- Experience designing multi-step nurture workflows and segmentation strategies
- Data-driven approach to lifecycle marketing - you optimise by cohort, not gut feeling
- You build relationship systems, not email campaigns.
