Requirements of a Sales Consultant:
- Make daily calls to potential landlords and sellers
- Conduct property market appraisals
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions
- Stay up to date with market insights and trends
- Build trust through regular communication and transparent client relationships
Skills of a Sales Consultant:
- A strong background in sales or client-facing roles
- A genuine passion for real estate and the ambition to grow your knowledge
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Self-motivation and a results-driven mindset
