We are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Leader to join a well-established Substance Misuse Prisons Team based in a key London location. • Lead and oversee a team delivering tailored health and wellbeing interventions to adult substance misuse service users
• Manage and allocate caseloads, supporting staff with complex cases and professional development
• Monitor performance targets and support the Service Manager with accurate data collection and timely reporting
• Act as a senior on-site representative when required and deputise for the Service Manager
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including prison staff and partner agencies
• Maintain high-quality practice through observations, file audits, reflective sessions, and constructive feedback
• Motivate and support staff to meet Key Performance Indicators while fostering a positive team culture
• Chair and attend meetings, contributing to service planning and continuous improvement
