This is not a siloed support role, you'll split your time between infrastructure, security, cloud, networking, and support, with plenty of opportunity to influence how things are built going forward.What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting and developing Azure infrastructure (Entra ID, VMs, M365, Conditional Access)
- Working across both cloud and on-prem environments (currently hybrid)
- Managing networking infrastructure including switches and firewalls
- Handling support tickets alongside the team
- Acting as an escalation point for complex issues
- Supporting starter/leaver processes and core IT operations
- Running basic SQL queries when required
- Contributing to infrastructure modernisation and global growth projects
- Providing occasional out-of-hours support when needed
What We're Looking For
- We're looking for a strong all-rounder with a proactive mindset.
You'll likely have:
- Solid Azure experience (Entra ID, Conditional Access, VMs, M365)
- Experience working in hybrid cloud environments
- Strong Windows Server knowledge
- Good networking fundamentals (switches, firewalls, connectivity)
- Experience managing and resolving technical tickets
- Basic SQL query experience
- Excellent communication skills
- A strong work ethic and collaborative approach
