Manager, International Tax - M&A
Location: London
I am proud to be supporting a fast growing and high performing Big 4 Corporate M&A Tax team, with their search for talented professionals keen to make the next step in their professional journey. If you work in M&A Tax as an Assistant Manager and feel ready to progress to Manager, or if you work as a Corporate Tax Manager and have a keen interest in cross boarder deals, then this role is for you
More about the role:
- You'll work within the Corporate M&A Tax team. who are recognised leaders in cross boarder M&A
- You'll work with major global corporations, gaining exposure across the full deal cycle - from structuring and due diligence to SPA reviews and refinancing.
- With continued rapid growth and a fast-evolving market, it's an exciting time to join this dynamic team, helping clients navigate international challenges.
What you'll do:
- Lead the delivery of complex transaction tax projects
- Support business development initiatives
- Coach and mentor junior team members
- Contribute to team strategy, operations and development
What we're looking for:
- Strong UK/international tax knowledge
- Client-focused, commercially minded advisors
- Skilled communicators with the ability to manage relationships
- Experience in M&A tax or broader corporate tax is benneficial
- ACA or CTA qualified
