Paraplanner
Location: Manchester
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 (depending on experience)
A well-established and highly respected Wealth Management / Financial Planning firm in Manchester is looking to recruit an experienced Paraplanner to join their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong Paraplanner who enjoys supporting Financial Advisers and contributing to the delivery of high-quality financial planning solutions for clients. You will be working in a collaborative and professional environment where your expertise will be valued and where you will gain exposure to complex and interesting client planning cases.
The Role
As a Paraplanner, you will work closely with Financial Advisers to provide technical support and ensure clients receive clear, well-structured and compliant financial planning advice.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Producing clear and compliant suitability reports
- Conducting technical research and financial product comparisons
- Supporting Advisers with technical financial planning solutions
- Preparing cashflow modelling and client review documentation
- Analysing investments, pensions and tax planning strategies
- Liaising with clients, providers and third parties where required
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
- Previous Paraplanning experience within an IFA or Wealth Management firm
- Strong understanding of financial planning and regulatory requirements
- Experience producing suitability reports and financial planning documentation
- Level 4 Diploma qualified or working towards it
- Experience using Voyant or similar financial planning software would be advantageous
