What you'll do

  • Check and review pensions calculations and processes
  • Support complex and high-value casework
  • Coach and mentor colleagues to drive quality
  • Manage workloads and meet KPIs and deadlines
  • Handle and escalate complaints, completing root cause analysis
  • Share knowledge and contribute to strong team communication

What we're looking for

  • DB and/or DC pensions administration experience
  • Strong accuracy, numeracy and manual calculation skills
  • Experience coaching or quality-checking others' work
  • Confident communicator with solid IT skills
  • Able to manage complex queries and work under pressure
