Senior / Sales Negotiator

Our client, a leading independent estate agency known for its innovative and modern approach, is currently looking to recruit either a Sales Negotiator or Senior Sales Negotiator to join their growing team in the Nottingham area. This is an excellent opportunity for the right individual to play a key role within a successful, forward-thinking company and become an integral part of a high-performing agency.

The successful Senior / Sales Negotiator will be offered:

• Basic salary between £25,000 - £27,500
• Up to £35,000 OTE (Uncapped)
• Five-day working week
• Ongoing training and support

Senior / Sales Negotiator requirements:

• Recent estate agency experience
• Hard-working attitude
• Ambitious
• Career driven
• A Team Player, but with individual flair
• Good customer service skills
• Full UK Driver's License

Duties included in the role of a Senior / Sales Negotiator:

• Greeting buyers & vendors
• Registering customers
• Matching requirements & arranging viewings
• Calling out new properties
• Valuation generation
• Negotiating offers
