Your Day to Day:

• Providing admin support to Financial Planners
• Liaising with clients and providers to manage queries and processes efficiently
• Assisting with new business submissions, valuations, and ongoing servicing
• Supporting the wider team to ensure a smooth client journey

To be considered for this IFA Admin position:

• Previous experience within financial planning (pensions & investments)
• Strong communication skills across phone, email, and face-to-face
• Experience liaising with providers and clients
• A proactive and team-oriented approach
