The Role

This is an excellent opportunity to build strong consultancyplanning experience in a thriving South East market.

Responsibilities include:

• Supportingthe preparation and submission of planning applications
  
• DraftingPlanning Statements and supporting documentation
  
• Assistingwith pre-application submissions and planning strategy research
  
• SupportingLocal Plan representations and strategic site promotion
  
• Assistingwith appeal submissions and evidence collation
  
• Liaisingwith local planning authorities and statutory consultees
  
• Attendingclient meetings, site visits and project calls
  

About You

• MRTPIqualified or actively working toward chartership
  
• Experiencein consultancy, local authority or developer-side planning
  
• Strongwritten communication and attention to detail
  
• Commercialawareness and client-focused approach
  
• Motivationto progress within a planning consultancy environment
