The Role:

• Preparingand submitting planning applications (outline and full)
  
• DraftingPlanning Statements and supporting documentation
  
• Supportingsite promotions through Local Plan representations
  
• Assistingwith appeal submissions
  
• Liaisingdirectly with local authorities and consultees
  
• Attendingclient meetings and site visits
  

About You:

• MRTPIqualified or actively working towards chartership
  
• Experiencegained in consultancy, local authority or developer-side
  
• Strongreport writing ability
  
• Acommercially aware and client-focused approach
