Full-time (8:30am - 3:30pm)

ASAP Start - September Start Available

80 - 105 per day

A specialist alternative provision in Tewkesbury is seeking a motivated and resilient Psychology Graduate to support secondary-aged students who face challenges in mainstream education. This role is ideal for aspiring psychologists wanting practical experience within a relationship-focused, therapeutic learning environment.

The Role

  • Support students with SEMH, behavioural needs and additional learning needs
  • Promote emotional regulation, positive behaviour and engagement with learning
  • Build strong relationships and support reintegration pathways
  • Work closely with teaching and pastoral teams in a small specialist setting
